СРЦБ
Система, позволяющая перевод ценных бумаг: либо без платежа (свободная поставка), например в случае залога; либо против платежа. Расчет по ценным бумагам происходит по депозитарным счетам ценных бумаг, открытым в ЦДЦБ (как в частном ЦДЦБ, так и в национальном центральном банке, выступающем в качестве ЦДЦБ) или в центральном банке (операционные счета ответственного хранения). В последнем случае центральный банк действует в качестве промежуточного кастодиана ценных бумаг. Конечным кастодианом обычно является ЦДЦБ. Расчет денежными средствами осуществляется в системе межбанковского перевода денежных средств (СМПДС) через расчетного агента.
